Ross Gardam is excited to announce the Place Collection has been awarded the prestigious Good Design Award Gold Accolade for the Product Design Furniture and Lighting category in recognition for its outstanding design and innovation.

The Good Design Awards Jury praised Place Collection, commenting: “A beautiful product of the times, well executed and will no doubt be successful in the local market. The crisp edges and details are clearly evident. It will work well as a stand-alone or as large modular pieces. The detailing is superb – refined and very resolved.”

The Place Collection of lounges and accessories blurs the line between residential and commercial space. Offering exceptional comfort and soft styling, balanced with work-focused functionality and proportions.

Place also allows for the creation of focused working spaces, which easily reconfigure to suit the next task or meeting. Each individual seat unit locks together via a detachable joiner bracket located on the lounge underside, the design also allows the backs to zip together to create a more permanent configuration.

More information about our Gold Accolade win can be found on Good Design Australia.

The Place Collection of lounges and accessories is available in Australia & Singapore exclusively through the Ross Gardam studio and through our distributor Stylecraft.  International enquiries can be submitted to our Melbourne studio by calling us on +61 (3) 9329 4145 or alternatively by contacting sales@rossgardam.com.au.
