Sales Support + Social Media Manager (Full Time)
Ross Gardam is seeking a full-time Sales Support + Social Media Manager to join our friendly design studio. The open-plan studio is located in Brunswick, where you will work amongst a passionate team of designers, engineers and makers. We are seeking someone with a great attention to detail and a strong appreciation for design.
The role involves supporting Sales with quotes, invoices and processing orders as well as leasing with the team, clients and suppliers regarding each order, The role also involves generating engaging social media content, EDMs and other marketing material. Ideally suited to someone with experience in a similar role.
Roll description:
· Maintain a supportive and collaborative environment in the studio
· Work closely with the Senior Sales Executive creating quotes, invoices and processing orders
· Maintain stock/inventory records from sales and stocktake data
· Aid in the management of key distribution accounts including both creating and processing purchase orders
· Liaising between the team, clients and suppliers regarding payments and lead-times
· Generating engaging social media content for Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other platforms as required
· Creating periodic email marketing campaigns (EDM)
· Working closely with the team to gain an in-depth knowledge of our product range
· Sales support administration
