With a unique silhouette and effortless functionality, Polar Desk Lamp brings together the best of contemporary design and timeless craftsmanship. Utilising a magnetically attached arm, the Polar Desk Lamp features a unique disc that uses magnets moulded into the ceramic to rotate around the body, shading or illuminating its surrounds.
A nod to the charm of raw materiality, the ceramic base of the Polar Desk Lamp is handcrafted using traditional slip casting, while the surface is bisque fired and presented unglazed. The face of the desk light is available in polar white, matt black, gold and green.
Nest Architects and Placement present the leafy Florida House, designed and documented by Nest and then guided through the construction stage by Stephanie Kitingan’s new firm.
