A bold project featuring statement lights, by Ross Gardam. This 19th Century Brooklyn townhouse, has undergone a full, gut-renovation by Hatchet Design Build’s team of artists and builders. Specialising in the renovation of residential townhouses, Hatchet’s craftspeople removed the original carpentry and staircases for repairs and modifications.
The 19th Century townhouse, located just off Grand Army Plaza in North Park Slope, underwent a full renovation in 2017. Hatchet’s fabrication shop created brand new cabinets, closets and vanities throughout the space as well as restoring the staircases and fireplaces from the original building.
They then returned the decorative elements back into the newly renovated space. Restored features include walnut pocket doors, decorative window and door surrounds, and fireplaces throughout the home. The lighting was updated throughout, including the installation of statement lights our very own Polar Wall Lights in White and Gold Mirror finish, to breathe a little life into the space.
